Precise quantity, precise timing!
The injection valve is a 2/2 way diaphragm valve that has a low maintenance piston actuator which is controlled by air. It is a Normally Closed Valve.
The purpose of the injection valve is to inject time-calculated amounts of the adjuster fluid into the ink pail in order to adjust the viscosity. The pressurized adjuster fluid (from the Adjuster Fluid System) is connected to the anti-siphon valve (also called check valve). The output port of the valve is connected to a hose that will be installed in the ink pail.
